Insurance provider’s plan can differ and offer varying levels of reimbursement. On average, reimbursements run $150 annually and require a minimum of 120 visits per year. Some examples follow:

AmeriHealth Healthy Lifestyles SM Fitness Program offers your employees big incentives to lead a healthier life and make healthier choices. Their Fitness Program will reimburse up to $150 of your fitness center fees just for completing 120 workouts during a 365-day program enrollment period.
