Our Cybex circuit training and cardiovascular equipment is outfitted with the FitLinxx Computerized Monitoring System.

FitLinxx lets you easily track and monitor your progress in the club or at home via the Internet.

The FitLinxx System gives you the proper settings for each machine along with your target resistance and proper range of motion to maximize each exercise.

This system is totally free to all members and we encourage you to schedule an orientation to take full advantage of it.
